Charles Miller Ltd is the only UK auction house specializing in maritime art and artefacts & scientific instruments, holding two catalogue auctions per year.

The London-based role covers all aspects of the auction process from initial valuation enquiries, all sale admin including invoicing and payments, through to shipping and export, as well as diary management, travel planning, catalogue production, producing marketing for print and email and with the potential for research
and cataloguing for the right individual.

The ideal candidate should be a confident administrator and communicator with strong IT skills and previous experience in an auction house environment. They should be happy to work alone as well as part of a small team. An interest in the subject matter is desirable but not a necessity.

Salary commensurate with experience.
