RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and deliver on all aspects of success for six Select Interiors auctions per year
• Originating consignments
• Over all curatorial responsibility for auctions
• Upholding cataloguing excellence for online and printed catalogues
• Managing budgets and working to tight deadlines
• Providing valuations for auction, probate and IHT

ATTRIBUTES:

• Five years’ experience as a Valuer
• Excellent communication skills and relationship management
• Honed negotiating ability and natural project management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of furniture, works of art, ceramics, silver, pictures, collectables
• First-hand experience of online bidding platforms and auction systems
• Team player
