It is envisaged that the fair will be biennial, alternating with the Paris Biennale. The alternation with the Paris fair and Bernheimer’s prominence at international events – he is a long-time Maastricht exhibitor – indicates the kind of quality exhibitor and market at which the new fair is aimed.
The venue would be ideal for around 70 standholders and non-German dealers have already shown interest.
Bernheimer to launch biennale in Munich
TOP German dealer Konrad Bernheimer, who has galleries in Munich and London, is the driving force behind a new international, prestige fair at the Haus der Kunst, Munich scheduled for a 2003 launch.
