A new edition, revised by Louise Irvine, will be published by Richard Dennis in late autumn at £50 (ISBN 0903685795) and will carry more than 400 colour illustrations featuring designs by the leading studio artists including Tinworth, the Barlow sisters, Marshall, Pope and Butler as well as many pieces by lesser-known assistants.
All the differing types of Doulton Lambeth will be featured in full colour, the better to identify pieces when they appear on the market, and there will be detailed sections on marks and monograms.
Walking back to happiness: reissue of Lambeth Wares
