Quite a few Bailey regulars
at Tatton will also be at the Northern Antiques Fair, and hope to repeat their success. Among them is picture dealer Daniel Callaghan from Shrewsbury who at the opening of Tatton sold an Edgar Hunt for
a five-figure price and followed up with four more significant sales.

Michael Day from Suffolk’s Queensbury Antiques relished his first sale of the fair when a set of 10 Georgian chairs sold to a new client for five figures. Other furniture specialists did well and porcelain dealer Alan Finney sold 50 pieces, making Tatton his best ever fair.
