They already put together the largest fair in the North of England with the Great Northern International Antiques and Collectors Fair, which was held at the Harrogate showground last weekend.
Now, from December 5 to 7 they launch Antiques For Christmas at Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
George Taylor of Grosvenor tells me a three-day weekend fair has never been attempted at Stoneleigh before and he sold around half the available floor space within days of announcing the event, which will definitely be an annual fixture.
Mr Taylor is no stranger to Stoneleigh Park since Grosvenor Exhibitions already mount a show devoted to model car kits at the site which apparently pulls in the venue’s third biggest attendance of the year.
