The exhibition includes a variety of metalwork including jewellery, steel, copper and aluminium, and the idea is to give 20 young artists the chance to offer their work in their first professional showcase.
Of the 20 whose work was shown last year, five are now among The Metal Gallery’s permanent exhibitors.
Futhermore four of the class of ’03 went on to exhibit at Collect, the acclaimed Crafts Council’s applied arts exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum in February this year.
