Mr Pritchard, who launched the company 14 years ago to work in stained glass and only recently moved into architectural items, will also use the day to publicise his new website at www.drewpritchard.co.uk.

Pictured right with one of a set of three windows by Hugh Easton, which will cost £4500 at his new showrooms, Mr Pritchard says: “The move to St. George’s Church and the development of our website have helped transform us from a regional specialist to a national and international player. The open day will be the industry’s chance to judge what we have achieved so far.”

St. George’s was built in 1840 as Llandudno’s parish church, and, on reflection, there can be few more appropriate roles for a deconsecrated Grade II listed church than as a stained glass showroom.
