Sarah Barrington has been been hosting an Easter antiques fair at her well-known Spread Eagle Hotel, Thame, Oxfordshire for 22 years, the first 20 of them organising the event herself. For the past two years she has used a professional organiser but this year, from March 25 to 27, she returns to the helm and has revamped the event to include more decorative arts. The dateline is now 1950 with jewellery to 1960 and fine art with no dateline. The new format is also reflected in the new name Thame Easter Decorative Arts and Antique Fair. Some 30 exhibitors will stand and Sarah Barrington will be assisted by Shuna Walker of Grange Antiques, who have a showroom at the hotel in addition to their Winslow, Buckinghamshire premises.
