This is a town where they are a common currency, particularly during the International Eisteddfod in July which welcomes visitors from 50 countries.
Organiser Sheila Jackson also brings our attention to a revived event: “We are newly back at Mold in the Clwyd Theatre, Cymru and had a big and successful fair in January there using the three floors of the theatre and with an overspill into the hotel up the road.”
