The new centre, which is still at planning stage, is in Uttoxeter. Pending its opening, Wintertons will operate from the existing Uttoxeter premises in Short Street and The Agricultural Business Centre in Bakewell.
The 2005 autumn and winter programme for these two centres has been extended to feature 18 sales, including four specialist antique and fine art auctions as well as a regular schedule of Victorian and general sales at each venue.
Head of fine arts, Sally Oldham will oversee the restructured team.
Auctioneer Charles Hanson will move to Bakewell and will represent the firm in the county and work alongside valuer Neil Grenyer. David Greatwood will take on a similar role covering the Staffordshire area from his new base in Uttoxeter.
Wintertons Fine Arts to leave Lichfield
