The new valuation office is situated in the heart of the city centre, on the elegant 18th century Park Square, close to the Town Hall, City Gallery and the Henry Moore Foundation. Regular valuation days will be held on site.
The move to refurbished premises was motivated by the desire to make the office more easily accessible to clients, but it also reflects Bonhams wider strategy that saw sales cease at Hepper House last December.
While a number of Bonhams satellite offices in the north of England still report to Leeds, the majority of consignments are now passed to Chester, with the exception of jewellery that goes to Oxford. The Leeds office will, however, hold The Yorkshire Sale for the first time at The Pavillions of Harrogate, part of the Great Yorkshire Showground, on November 20.

After over 30 years at Hepper House, Bonhams have relocated in Leeds.
