An unhappy customer had told a retailer that the mobile phone he bought was damaged and not the model advertised on the site.

He subsequently received a pre-court letter demanding that he agree that the comments he had made were unreasonable and was told that failure to respond in seven days would lead to a court appearance and substantial legal costs.
