At 69,000 square feet, the new space is seven miles away and roughly three times larger than the building in Bolton and has parking for 200 cars.
The new facility at 274 Cedar Hill Street in Marlborough will probably hold the auctioneer’s Discovery auctions and their science and technology auctions, although a moving date has not been set.
The rest of the departments will continue to have their sales at Skinner’s Park Plaza gallery in Boston.
