Chief executive Sarah Percy-Davis and LAPADA member Iain Henderson Russell of HRW Antiques will be delegates as part of the British Lifestyle Mission to Russia under the auspices of UK Trade & Investment (UKTI).
The four-day trade mission, which will focus on all aspects of the Russian ‘luxury’ trade sector, including interiors and antiques, is targeted at interior designers, antiques dealers and retail buyers.
The mission will include a one-day Showcase at the British Embassy, where LAPADA will have their own stand promoting LAPADA members and displaying brochures and promotional materials on their behalf under the LAPADA umbrella.
The week will include retail tours and a briefing meeting at the British Embassy followed by a press conference, where Mrs Percy-Davis will give a ten-minute presentation on the British art and antiques market. She has also arranged private meetings with prominent members of the Moscow trade and interior design community.
