In an interview published in this week's ATG print publication to time with his debut as curator of a new section of the Frieze Masters fair (October 14-18), Sir Norman also praises dealers for their risk taking.
"To be a successful dealer, you have to put your money where your mouth is: dealers risk hugely," he said.
