The offices, at 14 Dufferin Street, EC1, comprise a six-storey freehold building on the cusp of the City, with BADA planning to rent out five floors and occupy the remaining space. The association's staff will move to Dufferin Street from temporary Southwark offices in the summer.

Rutland Gate netted the trade body a multi-million pound sum in October 2015 and enabled them to purchase the Dufferin Street offices.

"The new property will provide a really secure investment for the BADA and our members," said chief executive Marco Forgione. "It will generate a significant return and provide funds to invest in enhanced services for our members and office space appropriate for the modern era."

Forgione said future investment plans include an increased professional development and thought leadership event programme. The association has recently appointed its first communications manager, Martin Weller, who has a PR, marketing and TV production background.
