Based in London since 1991, he will assume his duties at the helm of the Paris office from January 4, 2016.

Sotheby’s have also named Dennis M Weibling as their interim chief financial officer. Weibling, a member of Sotheby’s Board of Directors since 2006, and the current chair of the Board’s Audit Committee, succeeds Patrick S McClymont, who has been in the position since October 2013.
