The exhibition prior to their auction in Sweden in December takes place at the Savile Row gallery of Charles Beddington Ltd. It runs from October 4-6 before touring to Paris and New York.

The collection was formed by Bertil Neuman (1921-2011), a management consultant who was a frequent visitor to art galleries and auctions during his many business trips to London, Paris and New York.

Uppsala are selling 11 works, the highlight of which is a signed Pablo Picasso oil on canvas from 1964 titled Fillette au béret which, like the majority of the works, has a provenance to the Galerie Louise Leiris, Paris. It is estimated at SEK12-18m (€1.263-1.895m).

There are also three mixed-media works by Picasso and two lithographs.
