The event which runs from September 8-10 has been devised and organised by Axelle de Carville and Elodie Giancristoforo who have selected the 40 participants, a mix of contemporary gallerists and antiques dealers.

Paintings, drawings, antique and modern furniture and design, ceramics, indigenous art, textiles, comic strip art and Asian art all feature. With prices ranging from €200 up to €50,000, one of the show’s aims is to demonstrate that it is possible to acquire affordably priced artworks that are easy to live with.

The display, which mixes different styles, periods and objects, has been arranged by two young talents from the l’Ecole nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs: Anne-Victoire Soury and Marion Dossikian.

There is a late night opening on September 8 until 10.30pm while the weekend will also feature lectures given over to social networks and the art market and to 20th century wallpaper, on September 9 and 10 respectively.
