An investigation has been launched as the driver drove off without contacting the police or shop owners.
Jane Richards, who has run the Ilkeston Road centre for more than 20 years, said she and her husband were called by the police in the early hours of Sunday while they were in Harrogate at an antiques fair.
She said: “To happen twice in a year is crazy. The car had come straight through the window: the one we just had redone. There needs to be a bollard to protect the shop and we are speaking to the council.”
The Derbyshire antiques centre was first hit in February 2017.
The centre hosts more than 200 dealers and is open seven days a week.
Anyone with information should call Derbyshire Constabulary on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
