Richard Meara offers this carbon print of Dr Samuel Brown and the Rev George Gilfillan at the London Photograph Fair this weekend. Annan Studio from original negative by Hill and Adamson c.1890.
The boutique London event is staged at the Bloomsbury Holiday Inn. Twenty-five dealers are standing at the edition. Among them are Jenny Allsworth, Ian Sumner, Antiquariat Felix Lorenz, Dr Jens Mattow and Richard Meara.
They offer a variety of fashion photographs, vintage fine art and 19th century rarities. Specialist book dealers also offer a range of original and collectable photobooks as well as reference material. Prices range from a few pounds into the thousands.
The event launched in 1982 and fairs are held quarterly. This is the first edition for 2018.
It runs from 10am-4pm.
