The next of these events held at Llanarthne, in the countryside on the outskirts of Carmarthen, is on Saturday and Sunday, April 22-23.
Organiser Brita Rogers, a special needs teacher, who also runs another fair in Carmarthenshire, in Llandeilo, has always been very enthusiastic about this event and, in particular, its location.
“The recipe for the success of this fair is its unique setting,” she says. “To see the array of antiques with the backdrop of flora and fauna which you are met with when you step inside the Norman Foster Great Glasshouse is breathtaking.
"The fair is also in the old servants’ quarters, as well as a marquee, with a vintage market in the Millennium Courtyard.”
