This pair of Regency mahogany library armchairs features at the Chester Antiques & Fine Art Show. Brought by WR Harvey Antiques from Witney, the c.1815 chairs are upholstered in faded red hide with brass nailing.
New exhibitors this year include Granta Fine Art, Roxwell Antiques specialising in Victorian and Edwardian furniture and Carnes Fine Art.
Among those returning are French bronze sculpture expert Garret & Hurst Sculpture, silver specialist S&A Marsh, 19th and 20th century clock specialist Olde Time and furniture dealer Church Street Antiques.
The pair of armchairs is attributed to Gillows of Lancaster and London and is priced £25,000.
