Best of the trio, part shown below, was a lot comprising 25 martingales and 160 horse brasses including a lead example with Neptune to one side and two figures verso, two proclaiming the work of John Edgington, 1851, Crystal Palace Great Exhibition Contractors, one for Dukes Farm 1806 and the GWR locomotive Patsy. They were estimated at £250- 350 but sold to a collector at £1800.
