The parent company, The Fine Art Auction Group (a division of the Stanley Gibbons group), took on the new premises last year and will officially launch the refurbished three-floor space at 16-17 Pall Mall next month.
The debut auction will be the extensive library of the book collector Hubert Dingwall (1912-2001) on April 27.
Staff currently working at Bloomsbury’s Maddox Street office in Mayfair will relocate to Pall Mall from the end of this month. Dealer Mallett, due to show at BADA 2017, which opens this week, will also move into the building at the end of March.
