It will allow potential clients to connect to dealers via a two-way online chat system.

CEO Marco Forgione said the system will help balance the volume of information online with the quality of a face-to-face interaction.

It is set to launch at the upcoming October event BADA Collection at the Lanesborough.

Items of stock will be catalogued on the BADA website and potential buyers can initiate discussion remotely by clicking on individual pieces. However, the programmed has been designed to work on all devices and will be rolled out on a wider scale at a later date.

On first connecting, clients will see a one-way video of the dealer and the object, with two-way audio to enable discussion. Then, if the client chooses, he or she can initiate two-way video interaction with the dealer.
