These early 18th century ladies’ heeled shoes above are estimated at £250-350 in the Antique & Vintage Costume, Textiles & Dolls sale at Tennants of Leyburn on August 18.

They are mounted with a silk brocade in green and woven with flowers. The shoes feature green cotton trim, latchet fastening, shaped heel with fabric mount, leather sole and liner, and white kid leather lining.

From heel to toe, they measure 8in (20cm).

A pair of botanical watercolours by Leslie Greenwood (1907-87) is among the highlights of an online sale of art and antiques at Roseberys London ending on August 16.

A 12½ x 6in (32 x 16cm) image of a germanica sunset iris (pictured) will be offered together with a larger depiction of a variegated leaved pelargonium. Both were purchased from the artist by the vendor in the early 1970s and were included in the exhibition Leslie Greenwood, A Lifetime of Flower Painting at the Medici Galleries in London.

A Britains No 1450 set of the British Army’s Royal Army Medical Corps is among 1000 toys and models going under the hammer at Lacy Scott & Knight on August 18 in Bury St Edmonds, Suffolk.

Estimated at £200-300, the group comprises a four horse-drawn military ambulance driven by four soldiers and comes with an original black and gold labelled all-card box.
