The UK dealership is bringing a selection of European terracottas spanning the Neolithic to Neoclassical eras to show at Carlton Hobbs Gallery on East 93rd Street. Prices will range from around $15,000-500,000.

The earliest work on show in this fired clay display will be a south European Vinca civilisation idol of a mother and child from the 5th century BC.

The other end of the timescale is represented by the tiny terracotta character head, an early work by the Neoclassical sculptor Antonio Canova. The 3¼in (8cm) high work from c.1780 is inspired by the famous antique Laocoon group in the Vatican.
