Published in 1768 by Thomas Jefferys, The Royal Geographical Pastime or the Tour of Europe features a dissected and folding map of Europe on which a route beginning in Dover and ending in London takes in 103 cities stretching from Iceland to Egypt.
Printed on paper backed on linen and contained into a now worn and split marbled paper slipcase, it lacked the moveable gaming counters, etc, but this was a rare and very early game.
