The firm has operated from a building in the business district on Teal Park, Lincoln, since 2016 with five auction rooms, packaging area and a tearoom.
The new building is next to its current 15,000 sq ft site and is under construction with a plan to be completed by October. A walkway will connect the two. The firm currently holds between four to six sales a month and the new building will accommodate new auction and showroom space. The development will also provide parking for 150 vehicles.
Proprietor and chief auctioneer Terry Woodcock said the firm was focused on “flexibility – offering free valuations Monday to Friday 9am-3pm, having valuers available at all times, good researchers, a strong administration team, and an excellent team of porters”.
