Supplying the market with the fresh, quality material that chimes with current collecting preferences is a continuing challenge for dealers and auctioneers working in the Asian art sector. However, suggestions that the once deep European well has already run dry are rather wide of the mark.
This year Asian Art in London has 54 official participants (11 UK and European aucti houses, 43 dealers) bringing once more a rich array of two and three-dimensional works of art that range from Shang dynasty China to modern day Vietnam.

This year’s Asian Art in London festival – once again co-sponsored and supported by Antiques Trade Gazette - runs from October 31 to November 9. It is the centrepiece of a busy autumn season for this sector.
