Run by volunteers, all the profits are donated to the veterans’ charity Woody’s Lodge which is based in Wales with plans to expand throughout the UK.
Local businessman Chris Murphy, a militaria collector and himself a British Army veteran, said: “With years of personal military service and having built successful businesses in the UK and Europe, I can now devote my activities to supporting veterans across the UK.”
Military Medals and Books is at 20 Deep Spinney in Biddenham and is open from Thursday to Saturday between 10am-4pm.
