Online dealership PM Antiques and Collectables recently acquired a collection of more than 300 boxed Swarovski figures and ornaments.
The crystal company started making figurines as gifts for customers in the 1970s. When interest in them took off, Swarovski started offering the figurines for sale and started producing decorative pieces in limited editions. Prices can depend on the size of the initial run, the presence of a logo, original packaging, condition and, in some cases, certificates.
The collection now available at PM (a selection of which is pictured) includes pieces from lines such as the Disney, Myriad, Fabulous Creatures and Endangered Wildlife series and range in price from £15-7000.
