Having established Hampton Gallery of arms and armour in 1974 and traded through Conservative, Labour and coalition administrations, it has become blindingly obvious that, despite lip service, none of them have the faintest idea about small businesses or how they face today’s problems.
We simply don’t figure on their radar.
Tax and other problems become more complex, paperwork increases and the army of tax collectors are left to their own devices.
