Pullen organises fairs in and around Lincolnshire and for his latest venture he has booked three dates for this year with the first on Sunday, October 17.
Pullen said: “I had stood at the outdoors vintage market in Castle Square, which is the most wonderful setting between Lincoln Castle and the cathedral but not so good when it’s raining and the wind is blowing around your rickety market stall.
“So I talked to Michael Chapman of Abacus Fairs who had recently moved to Lincoln and we are now intending to run regular fairs at the Assembly Rooms.”
