After exactly a decade working in our customer service group Polly Stevens will be embarking on her well-earned retirement after her final day with us on Thursday September 16.
Before joining ATG Polly was a cashier at Christie’s for five years. She had got the job at the auction house while working at Lloyds Bank, which is where Christie’s was managing its finances at the time.
Colleagues in the office have always enjoyed Polly’s kind and friendly manner while her professionalism and warmth on the telephone has endeared her to many Gazette subscribers who ask for her by name when they contact us and enjoy catching up with her.
It is those relationships with our customers that Polly told us she will miss the most as she reeled off a succession of subscribers’ names.
The equally professional and warm Biagia Longhitano is taking over from Polly and looks forward to following in her footsteps.
