'La Villa Bleu' by Henri Matisse – estimate €150,000-200,000 at Millon on March 10.
The 21¼ x 2ft 1½in (54 x 64.5cm) oil on canvas of La Villa Bleu on the outskirts of Nice was produced in 1918, a year after the artist arrived to live in the southern French city.
The painting is one of a series of five that Matisse painted of this scene and has an estimate of €150,000-200,000 on March 10.
