Her auction house [Woolley & Wallis] stands by any condition report and, if wrong, admits its mistake and takes back the item. How refreshing – let’s hope all auctioneers adopt this code of conduct.
I might even feel that I am actually getting some ‘benefit’ from paying the buyer’s premium!
