1 How did you get your start?
Representing the third generation of our family business you could say it has always been ‘in my blood’.
2 What events do you have coming up?
We exhibit on average once a month and our fairs include prestigious events (past and present) such as Olympia, NEC, Mayfair, Battersea, Petworth, BADA and LAPADA.
3 What is one great discovery you have made?
On a house call I discovered a collection of unopened Art Deco sculptures in original boxes that had been forgotten about at the bottom of a dusty cupboard.
4 What is one thing you would like to get your hands on - a ‘holy grail’?
Les Girls by Demetre Chiparus - a large iconic sculpture of five Ballets Russes dancers in a chorus line. This is without doubt the finest sculpture epitomising the Art Deco era. I would never sell it if I found one.
5 Who is someone you admire in or outside the trade?
Queen Elizabeth II.
