A man in his mid-40s from Bolton and another aged 63 from Cumbria were arrested in February and are on police bail until May 3. A man in his 20s from South London has also been bailed.
Detective Inspector Andy Tennet told the Antiques Trade Gazette that the police were conducting some “very live enquiries” and asks anyone with relevant information to contact him on 01327 303060.
Police arrests over Lowry theft
UK: POLICE investigating the theft of 70 works of art – including several Lowrys – from a private collector in Northamptonshire in January have arrested a total of three men.
