A buyer who spotted a Whitefriars Glass finger bowl in the pages of Antiques Trade Gazette snapped it up from dealer Mark West.

The Northern Antiques Fair looks set to move permanently from Harrogate following a successful first outing at Tennants auction house complex.

Auction house Tennants has stepped in to host The Northern Antiques Fair later this month after its usual Harrogate venue was not available.

As with many events, this year’s Mayfair Antiques & Fine Art Fair was unable to go ahead in its usual format at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.
