Enjoying the great outdoors was a simple priority for the attendees of the Arthur Swallow Loseley Park Decorative Home & Salvage Show in Surrey, running from May 19-21.

Adam Hills of Retrouvius, the London shop and studio specialising in architectural salvage, has 35 ex-University of Nottingham large oak refectory tables and benches with hand-carved details to shift.

“All things considered, it’s been a pretty good year and we have high hopes of 2023 being a cracker”, enthused Richard Burgoin, director of Arthur Swallow Fairs as he looked back at its fairs and markets in 2022.

Organiser announces 2023 launch of another decorative home and salvage event

A new decorative and salvage fair will launch next summer in the Cotswolds.

Swallow Fairs’ first three-day Decorative Home and Salvage Shows this year is the biannual event running at the 14th century Ripley Castle, near Harrogate, from noon on Friday, May 7, to Sunday, May 9.
