As chairman of LTB Art Limited, she was founder and chief executive of Trader Media, the international publisher for classified advertising in 20 countries with over 300 print titles and over 60 Internet sites.
She has announced plans for a redesign of Art and Auction and a range of new products. Bruce Wolmer will continue his role as publisher and editor-in-chief.

Louise MacBain, who recently quit as chief executive of auctioneers Phillips de Pury & Luxembourg, has agreed to acquire Art & Auction magazine from LVMH Moët Hennessey Louis Vuitton. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
