Sold for £2200 (Cline) in that auction was a volume containing manuscript details of various London properties auctioned in the 1820s and '30s by George Robins, a successful town and country auctioneer who also handled the sales of Strawberry Hill, the Southwark Estate (Leicester Square), Rutland House and Nash's estate, as well as Lundy Island.
