By popular demand, there will be a restoration service starting at the Chelsea fair this Sunday, May 23, when, in addition to the 80 exhibitors, there will be an on-stage, expert demonstration of the techniques of rush and cane reseating. Discounts are available for work commissioned at the fair.
At the same event, visitors can discuss repairs with a musical instruments expert and other fields, from carpets and china to vintage leather repairs, will be catered for at future Mainwaring fairs.
