The move comes at a time of a significant increase in the movement of art and antiques between the UK and Switzerland, as shown in the Import/Export figures published on page 3 of ATG No 1739, May 13.
Lorries will leave London every Monday for Paris and then go on to Switzerland. Specially-trained art transporters will make deliveries and collections in Zurich, Geneva and Basel on Wednesdays and Thursdays every week.
