The 20,000 sq ft refurbished space will open on October 30 with the preview of the first auction, comprising Carte Blanche and Contemporary Art Part I, on November 8.
Phillips de Pury's Chelsea location at 450 West 15th Street, New York will remain home to Contemporary art, design, photographs and editions sales, as well as the company's Theme sales.
