The event attracted an audience of more than 350 on the night, but for those who were unable to attend there is still a chance to contribute to the cause by bidding online. A further 57 lots donated in support of the Company's causes remain on offer in a timed online auction until Friday, September 30.
Lots include paintings, photographs, silver and furniture, as well as holiday cottages, restaurant vouchers and educational courses. There are also money-can't-buy opportunities for behind-the-scenes tours at the British Museum, the Society of Antiquaries, Welbeck Abbey, the Watts Gallery near Guildford and London's Geffrye Museum.
