Most of them - like those pictured - came from the Meissen factory in Germany. All the figures in the house were made when Ernst August Leuteritz modernised many of the rococo figurines and reissued them, creating a "Second Rococo" in the 1860s at Meissen.
Each of the figures seen here is expected to fetch more than £500 at Hansons of Etwall on October 26-27 and they are some of the finest in the collection, depicting apple gatherers, a blacksmith figure and a group taking wine from a barrel.
